Xlsx Data upload error in SAP Cloud

I am trying to upload a file for 2 days now not able to do it, Getting following error every time.

Are there any errors in the Chrome Developer Tools network tab (trace)?

Ignore the "pusher" traffic by adding a -pusher to filter area:
Can you share a screen shot or the file you are using?

the header row and 1 row of data is all that's needed.
