Jump to G/L accounts and line items from financial statement with ERP 6.0 EHP8

My client has the request to jump from the financial statement backend (SAP GUI) transaction directly into the various G/L accounts AND line items. The client is using SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8.

In my opinion this is actually not possible. There is no functionality to jump into the G/L accounts from the financial statement transaction (S_ALR_87012284).

However, it is possible with the hana exclusive fiori app "Display Financial Statement" (https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F0708')/S13OP).

Am I right?

Thank you for the advice. However it is not working... systems says "No executable report exists". Do I have to customize the report first? We are using classical ledger, not the new gl.

It works when I add a report. As report I chose transaction FS10N. Thank you very much.

It is possible to jump into GL line items from financial statements.

1. Select List output as "ALV grid Control" in S_ALR_87012284 (Look into end of screen)

2. Select the GL which you need report

3. Select menu "Goto"-->Call Report-->G/L Account Line item display

it will go to FBL3N report
