Urgent-Transaction key for initial inventory & PGI for outbound delivery

Could you please tell me which transaction keys in OBYC I can use for initial stock/PGI for outbound delivery? there is no General modification could be selected.

Do you mind explaining as to why you were looking for Transaction Key for initial stock upload and PGI? These activities are controlled via movement type which is 561 and 601 respectively.

I just found we can manual input general midification for GBB, so, this issue could be closed,
