Could you please share how the PO's are created in your system - manual or automatic through ME59 / ME59N or any other methods or custom program?

If we use the planning calendar, the procurement proposals will be created according to the periods defined in the planning calendar which we have shown below Planning calendar is use at the material level and assign this in MRP2 view along with lot size procedure PK (period lot size according to planning calendar)

Ex: If the period start date will be Wednesday in the planning calendar with weekly calculation rule then during MRP run the system will group all the requirement which falls under the one week and MRP will create the single proposal on Wednesday for an entire week.

Another option is to control via enhancement or BADI implementation with the help of technical team.
