can you please help me on this
Hi Santosh,
With these many application servers do you have logon load balancing enabled?
Also have you noted particular application servers having the issue all around?
Are the application servers in the same subnet on your network?
And also is your parameterization consistent between them?
Kind Regards,
Johan

Hello,
The messages shared by you are caused mostly due to network issues but since you are saying that network had been good, in that case you may monitor Memory usage as well from ST06 and see if memory shortage appears during the issue.
I faced this problem once where due to such messages in SM21 we used to be misguided towards network however later on, it turned out to be memory issue.
Best regards,
Sujit

Hello Isaias,
The end user is not facing any network issue , i have checked using ping < IP> -t , it is continuously pinging to sap network.
SAP GUI terminates all of sudden when he is doing the work
I have captured the logs from dev_disp :

Hello Jami,
It looks very much a network related issue...
What is logged at the "dev_disp" trace file around the time of the SM21 entry?
And when the end user faces the issue, please ask them to click "yes" or "error details" to see the detailed error message. What does SAP GUI say? Something like "connection reset by peer"?
Regards,
Isaías
