Req qty dates in production order

Hi Gurus,

We are facing one issue , A production order is created with end date say 30.04. 2019 as it is backward scheduling the order start is calculated as 29 .04.2019 , in the component view the requirement date is updated as 29.04.2019 for all the components. - This case is before we release the order.

After releasing the order ; The requirement dates is updated as 30.04.2019 for few components in the bottom.

and for some it is still 29.04 . I want to understand why the date is changing to 30.04.2019 after releasing the production order. Also how to fix so that order after release shows only one date for all the components.

Please advise.

Hello

According to your screenshots, components assigned to operation 0105 keep the original date and the date of components assigned to the subsequent operations are changed.

Probably, when you release and save the order, the order is scheduled again and system understands that it won't be possible anymore to finish this order on 29.04. It also might be the case that you are running capacity availability check when you release the order and there is no capacity in 29.04 to finish those operations.

Have you maintained lead time in material master or changed any material routing? And you have released order today, may be scheduling will take place from today.
