"A calculation field is defined too small" in CK24 while releasing the cost estimate

Dear SAP Guru's

I request your kind help on below issue while Releasing cost estimate in CK24.

I have marked successfully. But unable to release the cost estimate. It is giving the below dump error. I have also gone through the some existing links in this issue. But i could not find the solution.

also i wanted to know "why system is giving this error"

What happened?

Error in the ABAP Application Program The current ABAP program "SAPLCKMB" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
