PIR forecast with re order point planning

Dear Experts,

My client wants to use manual re-order point planning. But along with re-order client wants to send forecast to supplier as information purpose with PIR. MRP should create schedule line against PIR and it will be sent to supplier via idoc(DELFOR).But supplier will send material for schedule line which are generated for stock dips down re order point.

As for solution i have created a dummy sloc mrp area and assigned it to the material and created a new scheduling agreement against the dummy sloc. After MRP, schedule lines are generated separately for the mrp area. But the problem is the new agreement can not be valid for same time period of the actual agreement. Hence the 2 separate sch lines are not getting created in the same time period. But in my requirement both agreements should be valid for the same period.

Is there any other way to handle this scenario? Any inputs are welcome.

Every agreement must have a source list. But SAP does not allow 2 parallel (in same validity and same material) source active for MRP to create schedule lines . Only one can be activated at a time.

What is the exact problem with the two agreements valid at the same time? Do you face any error when creating an agreement?
