Purchase Order from the contract.

Released order with the value of ONE BILLION RAND currency from the contract with a target value of R331 Million. How do I delete the order from the contract? It cannot be displayed. Can I delete from the table, if yes, Where do I go? Please help.

Hello Choma,

You cannot delete a purchase order, but you can mark for deletion the positions of the Purchase Order that are linked to the Contract. This way you can release the amount available from the contract.

Go to Transaction ME22N, type in the PO number, select the item positions related to that contract and the click the the button for mark for deletion.
