port 8443 cloud connector url problem !

Hello !

I have followed installed sap cloud connector by the help of sap developer tutorials! but when i try to open the link

http:localhost:8443 port page is display, but when i try to open with unsafe its loading but the page is not appearing!

kindly help me with the solution ! if any one of u have come across with such kind of problem

Hi Rafi

Can you please send the next screenshot - i.e. once you click on the Proceed to link. Just need to check what the next screen states. It may be that port 8443 is already being used. Also check whether the services are actually running (assuming Windows machine).

Please update this post with the next screenshot and we will see what is happening.

Additionally, can you please let me know which install you used?

Thanks for providing those screenshots. Can I ask which Installation file you downloaded and installed in Step 2. If you can let me know that would be great.

The next step I would do is clear the browser cache and history and try again. Can you please also detail the JVM you pointed the installation to. I know there have been issues with latest JVM versions.

1. services of cloud connector are running

2. installation files

3. when i click to proceed unsafe page its just loading & not redirecting to any other page
