SLT error in SAP while creating Source System

Hello Experts,

I'm trying to create an SLT configuration using tcode:LTRC, while I'm trying to create a source system(MS SQL), I'm facing the following issue as shown as below:

before this, I'm creating a Database connection using tcode:DBACOCKPIT for MS SQL in the name of MS_SQL_BO42 and its connection establishment is successful

any suggestions please..?

check that the user used in connection comply the requirement that describer in security guide for SLT server. Security guide you can find http://help.sap.com/sapslt
