C4C - No Available Time Slots - Ticket

Hi,

I am trying to get an appointment from a ticket for a technician and i get the error: " no available time slots"

I have mantained the team, the technician team and the slots, so i do not know what i am doing wrong.

Moreover i found this note but i think this shoul be not my problem because i do not have an skill option in my ticket:

    Hello ,

    **Cause could be :Skills are maintained for that item , and it's maintained as Mandatory for the item. Since the service technician does not have the necessary skill, appointments slots are not found.

    ***Proposal :

    Either add an employee to the required service technician team which has the necessary skills maintained as mandatory in the service ticket-item, or if the skill is not mandatory in the ticket, uncheck the mandatory flag.
