Password reset through Interactive Voice Response

Hi,

I am looking for some tips on whether we can use Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for automatically resetting SAP password/unlock user ids when end users call the support hotline. I could not find any SAP official documentation on this. Can anyone please guide me to some documentation on how to set this up?
