Customer Analysis Documentation for SuccessFactors

Hello Everybody!

I have recently started working as a Junior HCM Consultant. I am also getting trainings in SuccessFactors. Can somebody help me to list the questions to ask to customers before SF implementation? What are the critical question we should ask to customers in order to get a brief idea about their processes, needs and wants before implementing SF?
