EWM advanced production integration 1809

Hello Experts,

We are using advance production integration for processing production orders in EWM (Embedded 1809). We use both single order as well as cross order staging methods.

The scenario is: We have stagged some components using single order staging method against a production order (using PMR). Now we would like to release that stock and use it for another production order. How can we achieve this? I have been looking for a transaction to assign released stock in PSA to another PMR/production order with no luck. is there as way to achieve this?

Also what would be the process if we would like to stage and consume additional components, I tired consuming additional quantities for a product I staged using single order staging using RF consumption transaction and it did not allow me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Brahmabatta,

you have an option to release the stock in NWBC.

if you want you can use the above option but we faced the same issue for my client we build a new RF transaction where we release the stock on confirmation to PSA , the method to release the stock is /SCWM/CL_MFG_STAGE=>RELEASE_STOCK , /SCWM/CL_MFG_STAGE=>RELEASE_STOCK_ITEM.

In addition to my previous comment, if you would like to use the stock in the PSA which is not assigned to any PMR then adjust the storage sequence search for the WPT to look at the PSA stock first.

For this there is no such transaction to assign the released stock in PSA but the only option in Clear PSA FIORI is to 'Release reference document" so that it can be used by other PMRs like for cross order staging. PMR reference is assigned at the time of creating and confirming the staging warehouse task.

How are you staging using consumption? You need to stage using FIORI tile "Stage for production".
