How do i delete the inactive positions in Employee central?

I am trying to delete inactive positions using full purge, but positions dont get deleted. How can i permanently remove unwanted positions from employee central?

Hello - When importing via the Full Purge - the system is removing all the rows and data and replacing with what is in the import file. If there is just a few positions that need to be deleted they can be deleted via Manage Data. Once you pull up the positions - you will need to ensure under Advances: Show Inactives = Yes.


Once here you can select the position - and Take Action > and Permanately Delete.

To delete via import - export the positions from the system and use Delimit or Delete under the operator column and import back in as an incremental import.

Hi Jonathon,

I have tried to delete active positions via import with DELETE operation.

But it only made the active positions inactive.

Do you have a suggestion to this situation?
