Unable to find blocked partner in /SAPSLL/SPL_BLBPLO

Hi GTS Experts,

Facing below unique situation in production GTS system . Blocked partner NOT visible in transaction code

/SAPSLL/SPL_BLBPLO , (list of blocked partners). Same partner visible in table /SAPSLL/PNTBP & in /nBP.

Not sure why this partner is not visible in list of blocked partners of GTS system. Nothing visible in positive / negative list too. Any suggestions would be a great help . Thanks

This doesn't look normal. Can you please share the screen shot of "BP" transaction, "SAP GTS" tab, where it shows the screening status.

Thanks for reply, below screen image showing partner status as block in /nbp transaction.

As said same partner available in table /SAPSLL/PNTBP but NOT in visible in transaction code

/SAPSLL/SPL_BLBPLO .

Phani, can you please share what BP roles are there for this partner in GTS.

Phani, the basic things are in place. I would suggest to create an incident ticket for SAP.

Is this partner flown to GTS from ECC system or Created partner using xml file with Z transaction code.If the BP having multiple roles could be one of the issue so make sure BP should have only single role. Thank you

the system checks the bp roles in but100 and also the valid to in /sapsll/pntbp. Are both tables filled correctly?

yes the BP role in BUT100 is correct and the valid to is 31.12.9999 in PNTBP table.we cannot see it "blocked business partner" transaction or in the Audit trial for this business partner

If BP is archived & blocked then it will NOT be visible in blocked business partners.

In our case the BP is not archived but it is blocked .We can see the block in the SAP GTS tab in BP transaction.

But we cannot see it "blocked business partner" transaction or in the Audit trial to know what caused the block.

We are also facing this issue in GTS production where the blocked partners receive a direct block upon transfer and the BPs aren't visible in the "display blocked business partner " transaction.

Could you please help us with how you solved this issue ?
