Hello Experts,
We recently upgraded our Solution Manager system to SP8. We are seeing a button Maintain Service enabled in Simple IT Request form for all Incident and Service Request Templates. I checked the Templates Z4IT but could not find an option to disable this field. Clicking on this button opens the Incident template, it is not desirable for everyone to view the incident template. Could you please advise on how to hide this button from the templates. Any help is greatly appreciated.
