Hi Team,

I am facing below error while connecting to BI launchpad...Can you please help me on this below error...

"Account information not recognized: Failed while trying to log on user VIJAYB. RFC error: "" Number:000 (USER_OR_PASSWORD_INCORRECT)"" (FWM 00013)"

If this is only 1 user affected then it could simply be a mismatched password, if this affects all users then the account in the CMC > Authentication > SAP > probably has a bad password, by selecting the roles tab or update it should also error there if that's the case.

The error USER_OR_PASSWORD_INCORRECT is fairly specific, your SAP system doesn't like user or password or there is another issue accessing your BW backend to pull user info.
