Screen Personas SP07 - small images/icons are missing in NWBC 6.5

Dear Screen Personas Experts,

After migration to SP07 and to newer version of NWBC (6.5 Final Release PL3) I see that some of the small images/icons are missing (in comparison to what I see in Chrome):

(in NWBC - missing arrow in the drop-down list)

(in Chrome)

(in NWBC - checkbox is not ticked after clicking it)

And several other missing small icons. All of Screen Personas SAP Notes are up to date.

Please advice on above case.

Hi Daniel,

any chance to upgrade to SAP Business Client for Desktop 6.5 PL14?

The Chromium based browser control has beed released with 6.5, PL5.

Hello Sandra,

Yes, it'd solve the problem (I've checked it) but most of our users do not have administrator rights so we have to wait for massive update from basis side (I've asked them when we can expect such upgrade and I'm waiting for response).

Also, big part of our users use NWBC 5.0 (without Chromium option at all, I guess) - is there a workaround (e.g. dedicated SAP Note?) for that? Should I create a support incident to Screen Personas team?

I don't think this is a Personas-specific issue, rather something caused by NWBC - so the Personas team will probably not be able to help things... after all, the same works fine in a browser if I understand the issue correctly.

Hello Sandra and Tamas,

I confirm that flavors work fine with Chromium engine. Soon we will have PL19 (we had some issues with our reports when we tried lower patches but now it is fixed).
