Dear Prasanth,
We have scenario where sales orders and contracts are uni-directionaly being replicated from yBilling system and are Read-Only in C4C.
Among these sales orders and contracts, our users want to see only only related sales orders to one set of the users based on the products / Product Category.
Eg: "ABC Sales Unit" will own certain products/Product category to sell. Orders and Contracts that are created for these products will be replicated to C4C. Then, when the users belong to "ABC Sales Unit" logs in, they would like to see only the orders / contracts which has only these products.
I see that creating a new query in sales order page based on Product Category and assigning these query to page layout would suffice this requirement. But this wont be applicable in all areas and number of page layouts would increase if the sales units increases.
So please suggest any other options are there to achieve this. or is it possible to apply condition at integration level. Eg: For certain product category, the sales unit have to be "ABC Sales Units", so that i can use the same in restriction rules.
