IOEXception in CTS+ configuration while doing the transport into Production system

Hi Experts,

We configured the CTS+ configuration for SAP PO 7.5 landscape,imported the TR from Dev to QAS using CTS+ it went successful but in production we are facing below mentioned issue.

Can you please suggest solution for this.

CTS+ is configured for this system but transport requests are not collected in the Change Diagnostics application of SAP Solution Manager. Therefore, it is not possible to perform a detailed analysis of the transport requests. Repeat the managed system configuration for this system in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP of your Solution Manager. In step "Enter System Parameters", section "CTS+ Reporting", select CTS+ as active and enter the communication system.

We activated the CTS+ Reporting in solman system.

We completed the CTS+ configuration but in EWA report we are getting the yellow color for "Software Change and Transport Management of POQ" instead of green.

Hi,

Can you please post the complete error. You must be getting some one line error

like java.io.IOException: Cannot create temporary directory or something. please post full errors and logs.
