BRF+ S/4 HANA 1809 Can't import XML Template，Object markd for deletion!

Dear All

I am currently experiencing a problem.

I am learning to use BRF+ in a test system.

At the beginning, referring to the blog https://blogs.sap.com/2016/04/01/output-management-via-brf/

I uploaded a XML template('OPD_EF_PURCHASE_ORDER.XML') with BRF+,

The system automatically creates an application called ‘OPD_EF_PURCHASE_ORDER’

But while Defining Business Rules for Output Determination, I can't activate object，system raises a 500 error like this.

I thought there was a problem in my previous steps, so I made a stupid decision. I marked all the object involved in this application with deletion, and then deleted the application. I plan to start over again from the beginning.

Then I found out now that I can't re-upload the XML file, the system prompts object marked for deletion

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
