Activating rules

Hi,

I'm trying to activate a rule, but it keeps giving me an error saying that "the rule has no condition".

When I go and check the rule it clearly has a condition, am I missing something?

This should be fixed with the update that came in this Monday.

Is there a way to see if any rules/actions have been triggered?
