Collective PR at Activity level in Network

Hi,

As in subject line, I am trying to check option for Collective PR at 'Activity level' in Network. In OPUV, the Collective PR (Checkbox) option is generating a Single PR for ALL the activities assigned to Network.

We would like to have a Single PR for each Activity in Network. Please let me know if someone had done this before or any suggestions.

I have assigned the Matl. components to activities Via Std. Network BOM which generated Reservation as Item category is 'L' at BOM Component level.

requirement is that User to be able to generate Single PR for certain set of Materials (I am also checking MRP Group - WBS Grouping WBS Element concept) which is not working and hence checking if atleast CNMM will work in this scenario where components are derived from Network BOM, so that End-user will select the components and 'Generate Pur Req'..

Dear Ritesh,

Thanks for the suggestion. I have checked CNMM and getting below error. I will have to test the process and will then update. I am getting the below error when I select 'Line items' (Select All) and click on 'Execute - Group to Purchase Requisition'

Select a valid entry that is not relevant for requirements

Hi,

Collective PR can be made at the network header only.

However, I would suggest you to try using transaction code "CNMM" (project oriented procurement). In this transaction code, try to select only the required material components under one activity and then click on the flag to create a purchase requisition for the selected components.

Please try this and share if it works.

I don't think you will be able to do that. PR is against Network order.
