How to change the description of error messages of Agentry Application (Work Manager)?

Dear all,

Is it possible to change the description of Agentry error messages?

When we reload the Agentry application, sometimes we get error message (e.g. Agentry Server Error 13 upon transmit). Our technicians do not understand the issue because it is too technical description for them.

Do someone know how to change these error messages and replace them with something simple?

Hi Hasnain,

SAP does not support localization of server messages in Agentry.

There is currently no way to support customizing the "Error 13" message.
