Quality Management issue

HI All,

In BOM: I have Maintained a byproduct of quantity 100- L

In master recipe: I have assigned the byproduct for RE-101 phase(0020)

I have created the process order & released. when I'm confirming the by-product 100 L an inspection lot is generating.

Now my client requirement is: He wants to identify that this lot is generated from RE-101 Phase (0020) is it possible.

please help me

Hello,

Goods receipt posting for the production order or process order with movement type 531 goods receipt by-product movement type 531 has with Origin 05 Inspection for other goods receipts which will be against an order not in-process inspection with an operation which is without stock.

Respective inspection lot origin assignment for all the movement types from the table T156S directly. I dont think in satndard SAP it is possible to have operation/phase referecne for such inspection lot.

You can add the information in field "i_qals-ktextlos" (userexit ZXQPLU02)

I'd agree with this. You'd probably need to look at the confirmations and determine from them what operations have been confirmed. Than copy the last operation confirmed into the text as suggested above.

I'm not sure if the order is completely done and someone then does a GR for byproduct if you can absolutely be sure of which operation that by-product should be attributed to if all the operations are confirmed.
