We have created a Fiori Launchpad using Portal services in SAP Cloud Platform and have created a plugin for setting the header title. After a while, I needed to rename the plugin to follow a convention so I re-deployed it in SCP. But somehow, my Launchpad still tries to load the old plugin. As a workaround, I had to keep both the old plugin with the old naming and the new plugin with the new naming in SCP.
Any idea why the mapping in Fiori Configuration Cockpit is not followed? I tried to clear the HTML5 cache but this did not work either.
This is the new plugin configuration in Fiori Configuration Cockpit. This already follows a naming convention with a prefix.
This below is when the Launchpad is visited, as can be seen here, it still tries to load old plugin.
Tried clearing the HTML5 app ache, browser cache, deleting and recreating the App entry in the Fiori Configuration Cockpit.. tried different browsers, waiting at least 8 hours (thought it's synching issue at first). None worked..
Hope somebody can help. Thanks.
Hi, in this case, if you want to track the problem, I would recommend to open a ticket. Somebody from support should have a look at it and analyze the problem.
Thanks and kind regards.

Hello,
Did you also republish the site in the Fiori launchpad Content Manager (FCC) ?
Otherwise I would propose the following:
Kind regards

Hi carola.steinmaier
Thanks for your reply.. I have re-published the site both from the Admin Space and the Fiori Configuration Cockpit, did all the things you listed but non worked..
By the way, I am not sure if this has anything do with my problem but in the App Configurations in FCC, there were times when I try to find the newly named plugin in the list of apps there but I am not able to find it.. then when I check the logs I see below.. May I know what does this mean?
Finally, I have managed to get rid of the problem by re-creating the Launchpad in another SCP subaccount, exporting that and importing it into where the buggy Launchpad is.. but till now, the root cause is still a mystery to me..
