Table FMBDT not populated but FMBL does

Hi,

I am facing this issue in S/4 hana 1709 FPS01 in a development client. After I posted a budget document in FMBB I can not display values in report FMRP_RW_BUDGET, FMRP_RW_BUDVER, etc. However, I can display the documents created. Also, I can display the information in table FMBL but not in FMBDT.

Please, Could anyone give me some guidance about what configuration is missing? why the totals table is not populated?

I activate the tables and now the report display only the new postings
