Hi Rishin,
If you are not using QVM2 (if not provided to users), same thing can be achieved via QA32. Go to dynamic selection, and select inspection stock with indicator "X". or else run the QA32 with "Select only inspection lots without usage decision" and in the output select the the inspection stock field and filter with "X" indicator.

Sharat,
Yes, you can use QA32/33 but you can't just use the inspection stock indicator. That only indicates the inspection lot was created via a process that requires the stock to go to QI stock. Not that there is any stock left to post.
To do this in QA32/33 you should add the "inspection stock" = "X"
But you also need to add a second indicator. What should also be added is the indicator "StckPostings compl." and in the selection parameters for this indicator exclude value "X".
Just because a Usage decision is made doesn't mean stock has been posted. In some systems with enhancements or special configurations that might normally be correct. But it wouldn't work with standard out-of-the-box SAP as SAP does not require that stock be posted when the UD is made. They are two separate functions. In many places "automatic stock postings" can be set up for certain usage decisions but usually not all UD choices have an automatic stock posting behind them.
If you require a stock posting to be make when the UD is done, that is a local client change put in, not SAP standard. It is usually accomplished by using a user status profile.
