SAP Credential Manager Access

Hello SAP Team, good day. I am trying to access my Certificates at SAP Credential Manager but it's looks like I am using a wrong SAP ID or it's Locked. Please I need to access this SAP Credential Manager (https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/do/login?ownername=sap) and got my Certificate.

Please, send the instructions and how to reset it. I don't know if it's a Account Activation or Password Reset issue.

I have completed my S4 Hana Finance 1709 certification. Where can i find certification ID. in Acclaim only logo there. And will i get any hard copy?
