Event R436 (IS-U Invoicing: Fill Customer-Defined Fields) not Triggered in Invoicing

Hi Experts,

We are printing invoice by tcode EA60 where we need to first sort the invoice based on the custom field maintained at premise (table EVBS). For this, we were planning to enhance the table ERDK (CI_ERDK) and EITERDK (CI_EITERDK) and update this custom field through event R436 But as checked this event R436 is not called up in invoicing.

After this custom field update, we are planning to use event R390 for print sorting.

Please suggest why this R436 is not called up in invoicing (tcode EASIBI, EA10, EA19 etc) or do we have other event to update the custom fields (structure ERDK / EITERDK)?

Hi Rudra,

It will trigger, I think the way might be testing is not correct. ask developer to create custom of ISU_SAMPLE_R436 and ask just to put "hardcoded breakpoint " of your user name. and assign this FM in FQEVENTs and then perform invocing using the same user id . it will stop.
