Route to be used for Ex-works sales order

for ex-works incoterms sales order, which kind of route that I should use ?

Thanks, but my question is not the determination of the route,

it's rather about which specific route should be used/determined, or no need route at all for ex-works sales order?

for example ,it's should be transport link or not,

I have searched but no result found that's why asking a question.
