SSO not working in Windows 10 Machine

Hello All,

I have installed Business Objects XIR 4.2 SP06 on a Windows Server 2016 and Client use Windows 10 Client Machine to access to the BI Launchpad and CMC.

I have followed the KBA to setup Manual and SSO Authentication,

2629070 - How to Securely Integrate BI 4.x with Windows Active Directory and SSO in Distributed Environments - Master KBA and Best Practice

After the setup is done, Manual Authentication works and SSO dosent work. IT just comes to login page, but i hen put in the user name and password it logs in fine.

Is there something different with Windows 10. ( I tried to get hold of Windows 7 , but we dont have any Windows 7 machine now).

Thanks,

Kavin Raj

  • I have fixed your tag.
Please select more careful next time.

Also, have you tried searching, as the AD SSO setup and possible issues are documented very extencively in KBA's

You need to set up constrained delegation. The same also for Google Chrome browser.
