User Secuiry Activity log

Dears,

we have request from our auditors to see the activities for the users inside the transactions, for examples :

i need to know the user that enter in SU01 and filter with user ID A.Test,

the audit log show only the start the transaction but doesn't record anything happened inside transaction.

Hello Peter,

If you have enabled the audit log in SAP then you should be able to get lot of details based on the filters applied.

However let say, you execute a transaction and just try to filter something then perhaps that may not get recorded though if any change is made, that will get recorded e.g. you executed SU01 for certain user and changed its password/role assignment/user type and then you check the audit log you'll find those.

In case more detailed logs are required, then that can be achieved with the help of an ABAPer by creating custom filters copying from existing ones.
