There ia an issues with our workflow of Engineering Record.

The approver is receiving a mail notification and work item TWICE.

Please provide step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce your issue:

Step 1:Create Engieering Record.

Step 2:Choose the process route template and submit.

Step 3:when the process route arrive to the

parallel steps. There 4 aprovers(A,B,C,D) in the CCB of workflow.

A approved

B approved

C approved

When D Approve. A and B approvers are receiving a mail notification and workflow decision work item Again.

Hi,

Are you sure that they are receiving the same workitem? Is the workitem id in both cases the same?

So in their SAP inbox (SBWP) there is only 1 dialog workitem present?

If it is, then there is something wrong with the method that your system is using for sending emails. Check the job logs.
