Enterprise Portal as Content Provider in SAP Cloud Portal - Integration Issue

Hi Experts,

I am working on integrating OnPremise Enterprise portal with SAP Cloud portal. For this I have followed below link and I have successfully done with the configuration part.

After successful configuration, I have published the site in cloud portal and tried to access that site from other browser. I am able to login the portal and get the home page. But when clicking on App Finder under "Me Area", the page is continuously loading and unable to get the data form OnPremise portal.

Have you anyone faced similar issue ? If so please let me know how we can get the data successfully. Below screen for your reference.

Hi Satya

Can you turn on Developer Tools (F12) and see what messages exist in the console. Sounds like a connectivity issue however I understand items show based on catalogs so maybe there is a conversion task to be performed.

Add some additional screenshots of the messages from the console and hopefully this provides more information for you and others to assist.

Hi Satya,

Have you checked the destination to EP? Did the connection test work?

Check if there are any errors in the Cloud Connector as per kba 2452568 - 'Log and Trace files for SAP Cloud Connector'

Also read through SAP Help https://help.sap.com/viewer/8422cb487c2146999a2a7dab9cc85cf7/Cloud/en-US/122bf2fe86034241a41d41cbd0d... and ensure that all other steps are performed.
