Example : Report of contents (physical samples) as of 15 Oct 18 for the following locations ABC and XYZ.
No there isn't. QPR7 is a mass maintenance transaction and while it can pull up a list of available samples, it cannot pull up a list of samples that were present on a given date in history.
Also, being a mass maintenance transaction, its use needs to be carefully controlled as a mistake with it could update a LOT of samples in a hurry. I would not recommend this for normal use.
Also, QPR7 can show a date last changed but the value for sample removal date is not updated normally unless you have developed an enhancement to do so or you are doing stability samples and use the stability package and notifications.
So while you might be able to get a list of samples and their creation dates, it is difficult to see their sample removal dates. You could possibly use sample qty to indicate those removed IF you reduce the sample qty to zero when you remove the sample. Which some places don't want that because they want to know what qty amount was there when the sample was marked as removed and destroyed for tracking and reconciliation purposes. Proper tracking and destruction of old samples is important and many products, drugs especially, can have a strong black market value even for expired items.
Physical samples really requires enhancements and additional custom reports to utilize it well.
