CRM IC Email Editor (RichTextEditor) - Unable to Highlight content for Copy and Paste

Hi Experts,

Recently we deployed the SAP note of RTE (4.8 tinyMCE) to upgrade our Interaction center email text editor. Following SAP notes:

• 2595117 - Rich Text Editor: Bullet point and numbered lists are missing & others
• 2612473 - Rich Text Editor: Inserting content at cursor position adds new lines & Others
• 2682438 - Rich Text Editor TinyMCE 4.8 upgrade

Then only we realized it is not possible to highlight to copy the email content when reading the email in display mode. We can only highlight/select the email content after clicking reply/reply all/forward button

Does anyone having this scenario and configured the editor to be able to highlight and copy?
