SAP Business one has stopped working

Recently, I want import crystal report to SAP B1 (9.3 PL04), But it pop up error windows ' SAP Business one has stopped working'. Could you please suggest how to resolve it?

Were you able to run the report from the CR Designer before importing into B1?

Also, do not keep the rpt file open, while importing them.

I can run the report either from the CR designer or in SAP via 'Preview External Crystal Reports Files', and I close the rpt when I import it. But still has same error windows. 😞
