Experts,
I am sure that I have completely overlooked something but after about a week of looking at this I have hit a wall. We have recently stood up Process Controls and have set up three jobs which have all executed at least once. The problem is that the jobs executed but have not sent anything to the control owner.
I have verified that the custom role we built for owners is set up in SPRO (GRC --> General Settings --> Authorizations --> Maintain Entity Role Assignment --> Custom Role linked to CONTROL) and when I go to "GRC Role Assignments" --> Business Process --> and look at the controls I can see an owner listed under the custom role (only odd thing, if I search for Controls looking only at SOX controls I see the control owner names where I expect under the custom role and linked to SOX (bottom part of the picture), but if I search for Controls looking at both Cross Reg and SOX the names appear under the right role name BUT they are now in the Cross Regulation line rather than the SOX line and the cell for this role and SOX is grayed out (top part of the picture)).
Any help in what I have overlooked would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Josh
Hello Josh,
Have you done Regulation Role Assignment in SPRO to your Custom role, as you need to attach regulation to the roles to work that properly.

Silky
