SAP Gateway Authentiction using 3rd party system issued JWT Token

Hello Experts,

We are developing some functionality in portal to connect to SAP using Gateway OData services.

System landscape: Portal <--> SAP Gateway <--> SAP ECC

We have developed OData Services in SAP Gateway and requirement is that Portal needs to authenticate SAP Gateway service using JWT token which is issued by 3rd party system. I have could not find documentation on handling 3rd party tokens. Is this possible? If yes, Please share the details.
