SOLMAN 7.2 CHARM Normal Change status change issue

Hi Friends,

We are currently testing already configured ChaRm Functionality. I am currently testing normal change and when trying to change the status of the normal change from "In Development" to "To be Tested", I am facing an error. "Error in data collector No data found for system SID client XYZ ; check SAP Note 2596287". I request your valuable solution.

Our normal-change-error.jpgSolution Manager Version is SOLMAN 7.2 sp08.

I had this issue and checked our QA system was down , so transport couldnt be sent.

Hi - did you check the SAP Note 2596287? Reading the note it appears that corrections need to be applied https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2596287 - please work with your Basis/Development team to apply the note

Yes I have checked the note 2596287. The note says to implement the note. But, when trying to do that, through SNOTE transaction code.. it says.. Cannot be implemented. Please suggest work around.

Strange; I would ask your developer or Basis team to review the note
