crtslv.dll failed to register.

Dear Friends,

I tried to install CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_23.msi on Windows Embedded POSReady 7 32 Bit but at the time of installation I encounter this error: crtslv.dll failed to register.....

To resolve this error, I tried these but no luck.

1- Install
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security
and
Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package then tried to install but no luck.

2- Delete Crystal Report Folder and reinstall it but no luck.

3- I tried to install CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_23.msi Run as Administrator but this option is disabled because my current user is as administrator.

Kindly try to let us know how to resolve this issue.

Hello,

Please update the windows if you haven't done yet.

Use the third party software like dependency walker or petstudio which will help you to identify the cause of this issue.
