PA20 Audit Help

Hello,

I need to view the information a user has accessed during a PA20 search. More specifically, how do I see who someone has viewed during a PA20 search - is this doable?Could someone look up another employee's information (pay, address, etc)? I know that you can view when someone uses PA20, but am unsure about the ability to view who they look up. Thanks! I am new to SAP, previously used CostPoint.

Ideally, the transaction should be "locked down" to only certain users that can execute it. That is step 1. Then you would also use security to further lock it down as neeed.....ie. they can't look up anyone except in certain org units or pers. areas or whatever you decide is needed....even keeping them from looking at their own record. Through security, there are a LOT of options to make sure they can only look at employees they should be looking at. Then you don't have to worry about keeping track of who all they tried to look at. Make sense?
