Mismatch between entries in KONH/KONP and A636 access table.

I have a duplicate condition record in KONH and KONP . The condition records are stored under access A636 .

Both condition records are identical with same key and validity dates and price but only one of them can be found on the A636 table.

Does anyone know the reason for this and where is the condition record number for the duplicate coming from, if it is not on the A636 table.
