SAP Logon pad favorites getting deleted

Hi There,

We have SAP GUI 740 installed in my desktop. I Have added several favorites to the favorites section here. Now the problems is, these favorites are getting deleted when i open SAP GUI in my system the next day(this happens everyday) at my work.

Please let me know how can i solve this issue.

Hi Padala.

1. What is the SP level in SAPGUI 7.40? If possible update the latest SP and then try again.

2. As per SAP SAPGUI 7.40 out of support better you can upgrade the SAPGUI either 7.50 or 7.60. Kindly refer the SCN blog about SAPGUI support
