S4HANA ISU for Customer Management VS C/4HANA ISU

1660 Views

Recently I read the blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2018/10/21/sap-s4hana-utilities-for-customer-management-a-sap4u-recap/, above article explains how CRM ISU moved to S4HANA to provide an Fiori user interface in Web UI with a lot core ISU functionalities by using Customer Management. At the other side, it is found C/4HANA with ISU flavor, but some question come out from my mind:

What is the proposal to have two user interface?

Can use C4HANA ISU to provide the same Customer management ISU functionality?

I´m in a S4HANA ISU implementation along with Customer Management for ISU and C4HANA for ISU, how to decide when to put one functionality on C/4HANA and others in CM?

Does not appear rear to have several user interfaces: CM with Web UI, C4HANA, Fiori and the old GUI transactions?

Can any one expose the reason of such approach and how to provide the best functional architecture?

Thanks in advance
