Recently I read the blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2018/10/21/sap-s4hana-utilities-for-customer-management-a-sap4u-recap/, above article explains how CRM ISU moved to S4HANA to provide an Fiori user interface in Web UI with a lot core ISU functionalities by using Customer Management. At the other side, it is found C/4HANA with ISU flavor, but some question come out from my mind:
What is the proposal to have two user interface?
Can use C4HANA ISU to provide the same Customer management ISU functionality?
I´m in a S4HANA ISU implementation along with Customer Management for ISU and C4HANA for ISU, how to decide when to put one functionality on C/4HANA and others in CM?
Does not appear rear to have several user interfaces: CM with Web UI, C4HANA, Fiori and the old GUI transactions?
Can any one expose the reason of such approach and how to provide the best functional architecture?
Thanks in advance
Tammy, thank you for your comments, but for me is difficult to attend that conference. I would appreciate if you can to give an advance in this matter to have ideas how to led the business flow, so that provide an optimal implementation.
