Hi experts,
We have implemented the BCM system, SAP Contact Center with CRM Brol Interaction Center. Now we have a new requirement, we need to know if it is possible to implement WhatsApp in my SAP Contact Center system?
any suggestions?

Hello,
WhatsApp channel for SAP Contact Center was the most votes received request within CRM2019 Customer Connection program for SAP Contact Center. The request has been accepted and SAP is planning to publish the functionality.
Current plan is to introduce the feature in Feature Pack 14, which is planned to be released 10.5.2019.
