C4C integration with Marketing cloud

How can i replicate contacts from SAP marketing cloud to SAP C4C using CPI ?

Our requirement is to define the Marketing cloud platform as the source of clients information then we have to replicate all the contacts in the C4C

so the first creation of contacts have to be in the marketing cloud platform then sync this contacts to appears in the C4C platform

Hi,

in the standard, the contacts are not replicated back from Marketing to Cloud since the C4C Contact record is not changed on SAP Marketing Cloud. SAP Marketing Cloud build the Best Record based on all available contact records that a recognized to be the same contact.

In SAP Sales and Service Cloud you can display a contact factsheet from SAP Marketing Cloud (Contact Best Record).
You could also create an IFlow on CPI which extracts the contact data from SAP Marketing Cloud and replicate that data to SAP Sales and Service Cloud. However, the C4C contact record is usually not changed on SAP Marketing, so replicating the ContactOriginData would not be beneficial.
